P 155 The Marks of a Church: Shaped By the Main Things (2018)

Are there common elements necessary for a church to be a church? If so, what difference do they make to ministry?

This persuasive study sounds a call for the rediscovery and reinstatement of the marks of word, sacrament, and mutual discipleship at the heart of church. By heeding the word together, being shaped by baptism and communion, and giving ourselves to gift-sharing and mutual discipleship in the ministry of reconciliation, we offer the world a witness to Christ.
