Partnership lies at the heart of the church”s mission. It is also a vital part of ministry in the 21st century, as more parishes begin to work together due to reduced clergy numbers.

The theology of interchange—a reciprocal exchange of the kind experienced by Paul, in which God gives to us freely, stimulating an ongoing giving back to God and to others—can help churches to develop ways of working together in mission, and ultimately, to more fully express the body of Christ in all its diversity.
