P 103 Preaching at Weddings (2005)

Fewer people are getting married in church - but it is still a considerable number, and those who do so are likely to have thought more carefully about it. So it represents an important opportunity.

This guidebook sets the task of preaching in context - the context of changes in society, changes in liturgy and a helpful framework for understanding marriage. It then looks at practical aspects of preaching and includes both sample sermons and a list of possible passages to use - an essential tool for this aspect of ministry.
