Ev 80 Publicity and the Local Church

The church is increasingly disconnected from secular culture: often described as old-fashioned and boring, intolerant and judgmental, divided and squabbling. And this can be a real obstacle to people coming to faith.

If we want people to hear the gospel, we need to speak their language, and thinking about marketing can help us do that. This wide-ranging introduction looks at who we are talking to and how we can do it more effectively, using publicity, the internet and the local media.
