eD 29 British Values in Church Schools: Making Them Count (2016)

This resource addresses and critiques the British values of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance, which schools of all types are legally required to promote.

For Church of England schools it places these within the context of Christian mission, ethos and values. It also focuses British values within the context of spiritual, moral, social and cultural development opportunities across the school.
