Tim Elbourne is Director of Education in the Diocese of Chelmsford, which covers East London and the historic county of Essex. He was previously Director of Education in the Diocese of Ely. Ordained in 1986, he has also worked in parish ministry in London and Yorkshire, in university chaplaincy and in clergy training.
