E 135 Mirroring Jesus as Leader (2004)

Jesus was a compelling leader - what are the features of good leadership? Peter Shaw identifies six characteristics of Jesus as visionary, servant, teacher, coach, radical and healer. Within this framework he looks at current leadership.

Peter sets out practical questions and suggestions for leaders based on these six themes which are relevant for anyone responsible for managing staff (be it one or a thousand) or who has a crucial role in setting a leadership tone in an organisation as consultant, advisor or volunteer.
