B 37 Mark's Jesus: The Message and Meaning of Mark's Gospel (2005)

Mark's gospel is like an honest and interesting friend, offering clarity, challenge and support. Yet it is no shallow acquaintance, no single-threaded yarn, but is put together with great depth and subtlety.

This helpful companion gives an overview of the gospel, explores Mark's techniques and themes, and offers practical suggestions for preaching and resources for further study.
