This booklet presents the Christian Development Model, a tool for exploring and understanding spiritual life and calling from different vantage points. It can be used in spiritual self-examination, mentoring and discipleship as a way to help people refocus on listening to God, and reprioritize their time and energy to align with their spiritual and social context.
