This booklet considers how faith can be sustained in school leaders and how it can, in turn, provide a sustaining foundation for their leadership actions. Drawing on interviews with 40 serving school leaders of faith from a wide range of perspectives and serving in a variety of challenging contexts, it explores their experiences and motivations, captures their authentic practitioner voice and provides a simple theological framework to support them as they continue to face times of change.
