Retreats provide an opportunity to take time out from everyday life, to slow down, reflect and re-energise in a nurturing environment.
This booklet presents an approach to running retreat days for older primary school pupils. It includes the theological and educational underpinning of the days, along with feedback from pupils and teachers, and aims to inspire similar ventures in both church and non-church schools.
