Description
The temple is a central image in Scripture—at times more obviously, and at others more implicitly. It is behind the story of creation, as well as the story of Israel, and is taken up by Jesus and the writers of the New Testament letters.
What does tracing this story tell us about who Jesus is and what it means to follow him? How should we understand ourselves as a temple (dwelling) people? And what difference does this make in practice?
