All through Scripture we can see God using the talents of entrepreneurs, not least in the rapid spread of the early church. But the tendency of all organizations is to become fixed and settled and forget their entrepreneurial heritage, and the church is no exception.

In an age of change and uncertainty the church needs to rediscover its original dynamic by releasing the entrepreneurial talent in its midst. This is the greatest task facing the church today. This book shows you why and how.

Bill is an international consultant in enterprise development and entrepreneurship. He was the founding Director of the St John's Innovation Center, Cambridge and held a personal UNESCO chair in Innovation Technology Transfer. He has held senior positions in industry and started a number of businesses. Bill is a Lay Reader in the Chelmsford Diocese and has served on the General Synod. He lives in East London.
