Roger Preece is Vicar of Bowdon in the Diocese of Chester. He studied engineering at Imperial College and theology at Oxford University where he was inspired by Simon Walker's work on Undefended Leadership. He was one of the founding managing directors of Capco and led their Institute for Learning and Knowledge Development. He was previously managing director of a Japanese Investment bank responsible for operations and technology.
