D 5 Doing Theology in the Tradition of the Wesleys (2020)

For John Wesley, leader of the movement that grew into Methodism, engaged, practical, relational theology was fundamental to discipleship, spiritual growth and Christian community.

Drawing on historical context, this insightful study shows how theology as Wesley intended it can be a continuous process that attends to the currents of the world around us, has relational learning through prayer, worship and study at its heart, and embraces the unutterable yet always-invitational nature of God.
