Andrew Hayes is the Lay Ministry Enabler for the Diocese of Oxford and former Director of the Centre for Discipleship and Theology, the Queen’s Foundation for Ecumenical Theological Education in Birmingham where he taught historical theology, doctrine and ethics. His research focuses on patristics, providence and discipleship. Recently he co-edited ‘The Meanings of Discipleship: Being Disciples Then and Now.’
