Stephen Travis taught New Testament at St John’s College, Nottingham for many years before ‘retirement’ in 2005. His books include ‘Christ and the Judgment of God’ (2009) and (with Howard Marshall and Ian Paul) the widely-used textbook ‘Exploring the New Testament: Letters and Revelation’ (revised 2011).
