Stephen Backhouse is a political theologian and the Director of Tent Theology. He was formerly a Dean at Westminster Theological Centre and Head of Graduate Studies at St Mellitus College. He is the author of several books. He served as a Commissioner for the Archbishop of Canterbury’s Commission on Housing, Church and Community.
