Roger Matthews is responsible for strategy development and leads the diocesan training team at Chelmsford Diocese. He is a trustee of The Leadership Institute, convenes a national group of leadership development practitioners, and has completed a DMin in Missional Leadership with particular reference to the use of questions in leadership development.
