Richard Tiplady is a mission theologian and mountaineer. Having been a mission agency director and a theological college principal, and with a PhD in entrepreneurial leadership development, he now directs a context-based ordination programme and teaches on mission, evangelism and pioneer ministry at the Scottish Episcopal Institute.
