Now retired, Richard Steel had several parish roles. He was also Mission Team Leader for Diocese of Lincoln, Communication Director of the Church Mission Society (CMS), a diocesan communication officer and a religious programmes presenter. Much of his ministry has involved encouraging people in their growth in faith and in becoming active in mission.
