John Seymour led ethos development for a new multi-academy trust as a chaplain and senior leader. The trust’s success depended on its Christian commitment serving religiously diverse families. Doctoral research identified the educational benefit gained by making educators’ worldviews explicit. John continues to work in organizational change as a theological educator and is a trustee of the Veritas Education Trust.
