David deSilva (PhD, Emory University) has served as a professor of New Testament at Ashland Theological Seminary since 1995. He is the author of forty books on the New Testament and Second Temple Judaism, including commentaries on Galatians, Ephesians and Hebrews. He is an ordained elder in the Global Methodist Church.
