Colin Patterson has been a teacher, a parish priest, a diocesan development officer and a para-church worker. For twelve years before retirement in 2017, he specialized in mediation, consultancy and training church leaders in how to handle conflict. A husband, father and grandfather, he makes occasional time for writing and coaching.
