Description
For most young people in the care system, the preferred option is a long-term placement with a foster or kinship carer. But a lack of suitable carers means that many young people may suffer multiple moves before the last resort of residential care.
This powerful study puts forward the argument that Christians, and especially those with youth work experience, are ideally placed to foster young people. It suggests that there is a prophetic element to fostering that speaks to the world about God’s character.
